His works are inspired by the nature he grew up around in the Midwest and the connections we form with our day-to-day objects. His jewelry not only is alluring and comfortable but focuses on sustainable practices, using recycled and reclaimed metal and ethically sourced gems by working directly with sources and often cutting the stones himself. Each piece is carefully crafted by hand, with a deep appreciation for the imperfections and unique qualities of the materials used.

His Sculpture Practice-

Growing up being fascinated by classic monster movies and the incredible special effects in them, Pierce began creating entities in middle school. There was always more to learn and new beings to create. His sculpture works now focus on the mysterious nature of the creatures who surround our minds and what we can learn about ourselves by analyzing why we come up with them.
